Our February AIM Lunch Meeting features Tyler Beecher. Tyler is an expert in transformations and a thought leader in overcoming sunk-cost bias, improving organizational and team health and culture and overcoming misperceptions and learned helplessness.
Tyler will speak to us about how to attract, align and inspire people and team to drive wild overachievement. Tyler’s theme is “Months to Minutes – how to call audibles and move quickly and surely in volatile and uncertain environments.

Tyler is the recently-retired chairman and CEO of Trace3. Trace3 is a national IT services provider.
