Please join us on Thursday, September 12th at 11:30 a.m. for our AIM lunch meeting. Our speaker is Martina Conlin – renowned expert on advanced analytics and AI. Martina will share with us how AI offers many industries great opportunities for enhanced efficiency, improved quality and better business results. Large language models, such as ChatGPT, are poised to provide benefits to internal operations as well as customer engagement. However, these technologies also pose challenges around security, privacy, bias, liability and lack of accuracy.
Join us as Martina Conlon, Head of Insurance Insights at Datos-Insights, presents the major opportunities and challenges with AI in any business, using the insurance industry as an example.
About Our Speaker, Martina Conlon:
Martina Conlon is Head of Insurance at Datos Insights. She has expertise in insurance technology strategy, IT and operations best practices, organizational approaches, and emerging technology, and is the primary researcher and author of market-leading reports on core systems, business intelligence, insurance technology trends, and emerging technology. Martina has led dozens of vendor selection efforts, insurer peer benchmarking, IT organizational assessments, and enterprise architecture and roadmap development for leading U.S. insurers. Prior to Datos Insights, Martina served as Director of Enterprise Technology for Arbella Insurance, where she was responsible for all business applications, analytics, websites, and digital capab. She has also served as Principal Consultant with major technology and consulting firms, where she partnered with client executives to launch technology solutions to meet strategic business goals. She holds an MBA from Boston University and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Tufts University.
