November AIM Lunch Meeting Features Noelle Pikus Pace

We are pleased to announce that the speaker for our Thursday, November 13^th AIM Lunch meeting is Noelle Pikus Pace - Skeleton Silver Medalist at the Sochi Winter Olympics.

Noelle will speak to us about "Leading in the Hallway."

Olympic silver medalist Noelle Pikus Pace challenges audiences to rethink what leadership looks like and where it actually lives. In a world of constant change and rapid-growing industries, the leaders who make the biggest impact are not the ones who know it all. They are the ones who show up, stay grounded, strive to improve and lead with trust when everything around them feels uncertain. 

Through powerful stories, humor, and heart, Noelle shares how presence builds connection, how small choices create big change, and how the quiet moments between meetings are where culture is truly created. This message is not about being perfect. It's about paying attention, taking action, and leading right where you are.

About Our Speaker

Noelle Pikus-Pace is a celebrated American skeleton racer known for her resilience, athleticism, and inspiring comeback stories.

As a skeleton racer:

• 2007: Won gold at the World Championships in St. Moritz.
• 2010 Winter Olympics (Vancouver): Finished fourth, racing on a sled designed by her husband.
• 2014 Winter Olympics (Sochi): Won a silver medal, famously leaping into the stands to celebrate with her family—a moment named the USOC's “Moment of the Games”.
• In her post-skeleton life she is the author Focused: Keeping Your Life On Track One Decision At A Time (and an upcoming book).
