Network with your peers.
“CIO-Only” Roundtable Luncheons are held every 6 to 8 weeks. These invitation-only events are reserved for the top IT position in our member companies (participating companies need to have an IT staff of 6 or more). Each CIO may also bring one direct report to each session, often selected based on the topic being discussed. This is a great opportunity to network with peers and find out how they are addressing technical and leadership issues that may be similar to yours! There are no vendors present in these luncheons and we average 35+ attendees.
Roundtable Luncheons usually start with a specific topic presentation for 30 - 45 minutes, followed by a facilitated discussion around that session's topic. As time allows, we often also touch on other topics of interest.
Past Roundtable topics have included:
CIO Acceptance in the Board Room
Sharing IT Salary Information
Trending topics such as AI/ML, Big Data Analytics, etc
Mobile Computing
Security Trends
Edge Computing
Improving Employee / Customer Experience
Topics are usually presented by AIM Member CIOs who share current case studies of initiatives they have implemented in their company.
If you feel you are a qualified candidate for these events, please e-mail Ken Knapton for more information.
