LDI PLUS is a 3-month program that focuses on a 360 Leadership Assessment Profile and helps you develop a tailored plan for your leadership improvement.  

Two big problems:
1) How do I progress in my company to greater responsibility and greater pay? This problem is described by Marshall Goldsmith, "What Got You Here Won't Get You There."
2) How do I deliver more value to the business and make a greater contribution to business results? My leadership competencies are directly related to business results. (See chart below.)

One big solution:
LDI PLUS is a 3-month learning experiences that provides an assessment of your leadership competencies. What are your strengths, and what needs more development.  This includes individual coaching with an experienced senior level executive to analyze your competencies and create your development plan. The resources of the program are:

  • Three books (see below), a personalized 360 Profile from The Leadership Circle 
  • Facilitated by Business Executives and Certified Leadership Circle Profile Coaches.  
  • Three 1/2-day sessions plus 90 minutes of personal coaching.

How will this program benefit me?

  • You will receive training on the most powerful Leadership Competencies.
  • You will be mentored by seasoned and experienced leaders.
  • You will receive a complete picture of your current Leadership Competencies and, with the personal help of a Certified Leadership Consultant, you will create a Leadership Development Plan tailored to your specific needs.
  • You will connect with a Peer Accountability Coach to help you succeed in your skills improvement plan.
  • You will connect and learn with others in the program on the same path to leadership improvement as yourself.
  • You will receive 12 hours of group training and 90 minutes of personal coaching plus a six-month checkup.

The cost of this 3-month leadership program that includes a 360 Leadership Competency assessment and personal development coaching is $1,500.
