5 Top Tech Trends Identified in 2017 and how companies can incorporate them into go forward initiatives

Atilla Tinic, Level3 CIO and Tore Berg Managing Partner at Accenture Technologies will present Accenture Technologies Vision 2017 technology report that predicts the most significant technology trends that people will apply to disrupt business over the next three years. Included in the presentation will be a discussion of the 5 top tech trends identified in the 2017 report and how Level 3’s global IT organization is incorporating these trends into their go forward initiatives.

Atilla Tinic
Chief Information Officer

Atilla Tinic is Chief Information Officer for Level 3 Communications, responsible for the global IT organization and, in collaboration with marketing, innovating services for our customers.

 Mr. Tinic joined Level 3 in 2014 as part of the tw telecom acquisition and had been with the company since 2004, where he served as senior vice president of IT. Mr. Tinic has been instrumental in leading IT through multiple acquisitions and integrations.  He has more than 20 years of experience in IT architecture, system engineering and data management.

 Prior to joining Level 3, Mr. Tinic held leadership positions with Bell Canada, Bell Sygma, Saville Systems and American Management Systems (AMS).

Mr. Tinic holds a B.A. degree in Economics and Psychology from the University of Western Ontario and an M.A.S. degree from the University of Denver.



Tore Berg
Managing Director

Tore is a Managing Director at Accenture, focusing on clients in the Communications, Media and Technology (CMT) industry. He manages the Mountain Portfolio for CMT, is Accenture’s account lead for Level 3 Communications and is responsible for the CloudFirst business agenda for CMT in the Southwest region. Tore is recognized as a global leader within Accenture in the areas of customer experience & strategy, sales transformation and digital solutions. He holds 2 patents that focus on infusing customer data insight intelligently into each customer interaction regardless of channel. Tore has a deep emphasis in the Communications and High Tech area, but has also directed strategy, governance and transformation efforts for fortune 500 companies in a wide range of industries.

Tore has been with Accenture for 23 years. He graduated at the top of his class and holds a Business degree with honors from the University of Colorado.
