Session 1: (11:00am)

"How CIO's and CMO's should work together to create value", facilitated by Andrew O'Hare, Chief Commercial Officer at doTerra.

Andrew O’Hare serves as the Chief Commercial Officer for doTERRA, seeking to continually improve the customer experience. As CCO, Andrew leads the Product Marketing and Branding Services groups and also directs doTERRA’s digital experience across all digital touch points – web, mobile and social.

Prior to joining doTERRA, Andrew served as vice president at a multi-billion-dollar health and beauty products company that does business in over 150 countries with over 10 million independent business owners.  Andrew led strategy and digital departments, and most recently was the lead technology executive for the company, responsible for delivering a world-class “distributor-loved” technology platform across the company. Andrew also led the company’s non-profit organization and was involved with many charitable initiatives around the world.
Andrew has also held various positions consulting with organizations on their most pressing business issues. This included five years with the Gallup Organization, a brand and human capital consulting firm, where he led a division for Gallup in London and was later part of their worldwide management committee directing a significant part of their business, based in Atlanta, Georgia.

Andrew and his wife, Victoria, are the parents of 5 children and are from the United Kingdom having moved to the United States in 2001.

Lunch Break: (11:45)

Session 2: (12:15)

Open discussion, initial topic:

Pitfalls and obstacles to moving to the Cloud (AWS, Azure, etc.)

“CIO-Only” Roundtable Luncheons are held every 6 to 8 weeks. These invitation-only events are reserved for the top IT position in our member companies.  (Participating companies need to have an IT staff of 6 or more). This is a great opportunity to network with peers and find out how they are addressing technical and leadership issues that may be similar to yours! The luncheons are vendor-free and we average 35+ attendees.

AIM Utah sponsors these CIO Roundtables and other CIO-Only events. All Luncheons are held at member facilities.

Current schedule for future Roundtables:

Note that Roundtables begin at 11:00am, lunch break at 11:45, then a second open discussion session at 12:15, concluding at 1pm.

  • June 29, 2018
  • September 28, 2018
  • November 16, 2018
  • December 21, 2018

If you have any questions about these events, please e-mail James King jamesk@xmission.com
