Intelligent Artificial Intelligence:  How to apply AI to evolve customer experience and differentiate in the marketplace.

Artificial Intelligence is being applied in the contact center in different ways and allows companies to evolve the customer and agent experience in ways that may be differentiated, both expected and unexpected. We will explore the ways AI is being applied today, how it may be applied in the future, and how AI can be used to manipulate customer perception and reaction.   We’ll also discuss some of the possible unexpected consequences that could arise as AI appears more frequently in the contact center.

Our Speaker:  

Scott Trichon

Scott Trichon is the Director of Sales Engineering at Talkdesk, a cloud-based contact center and artificial intelligence software provider that was recently named to the Forbes 2019 Cloud 100 and is recognized as the fastest growing Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) provider.

Prior to Talkdesk, Mr. Trichon was at Five9, another Contact Center as a Service provider and spent time at Amdocs, a leading software and services provider to communications and media companies.  Mr. Trichon also led his own boutique consulting firm, Trichon and Associates, which specialized in product development, strategic business development and corporate strategy focused on wireless telecommunications applications and content.

Some of Mr. Trichon's notable accomplishments include being awarded a patent for a wireless a payment process, guiding two early stage companies through the acquisition process and honorably serving in the United States Army.

When he isn’t glued to a computer screen or in a customer meeting, he spends time with his wife and children in the Philadelphia area and enjoys playing competitive baseball, woodworking and torturing himself watching Philadelphia sports teams.
