LDI PLUS is a 3-month program that focuses on individual and personal leadership training using the Birkman survey and a 360 Leadership Assessment Profile to assess your leadership skills and develop a tailored plan for your improvement.

Session 1 - Friday 3/13; 8:30AM to 1:30PM
session 2 - Friday 4/10; 8:30AM to 1:30PM
Session 3 - Friday 5/8; 8:30AM to 1:30 PM
90 minute Mentoring scheduled Individually
