Our next AIM General Membership Luncheon will be Thursday, November 11th, and you are invited to participate!

This will be in person, at the Joseph Smith Memorial Building!

The AIM Lunch will start at 11:45 am and we hope you can participate! We expect the meeting to last 60-90 minutes and many of your peers will be participating!

Larry Trittschuch

Executive Vice President and Chief Security Officer, HealthEquity


Our Topic: Security and Technology: Friend or Foe?

Larry Trittschuh is the Chief Security Officer of HealthEquity, which administers Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) and other consumer-directed benefits for more than 12 million accounts in partnership with employers, benefits advisors, and health and retirement plan providers who share our mission to connect health and wealth and value our culture of remarkable “Purple” service. Larry leads information security, privacy, fraud prevention, crisis management and incident response, physical security, compliance, as well as the enterprise risk.

Prior to joining HealthEquity, Larry served as Chief Security Officer for Barclays Americas, where he was responsible for all aspects of the Chief Security Office (cyber security, physical security, investigations / forensics, and resilience) across the Americas region, including responsibility for managing the Americas Joint Operations Centre (JOC) and served as the Chief Information Security Officer for Barclays International.

Larry was a Senior Vice President in the information security organization at Synchrony, the 32nd largest financial institution in the US and the largest provider of private label credit cards. Larry joined Synchrony (formerly GE Capital Retail Finance) from General Electric, where he held roles in the Information Technology and IT Security organizations supporting GE Corporate, GE Aviation, GE Energy (Oil & Gas, Power & Water, and Energy Management), and GE Transportation.

Larry has been an active participant in shaping cybersecurity partnership strategies in both industry and government. Additionally, he has worked closely with regulators and legislators on security strategy and regulation. Larry serves on the Board of Advisors for Boost Technologies, Digital Times Transformation, and Digital Shadows. He was a founding Board member of the Defense Security Information Exchange (DSIE) and served on the Board of Directors of the Internet Security Alliance. He has participated in numerous Information Sharing and Analysis Center (ISAC) partnerships and information sharing communities. He is an active community volunteer and has served on various non-profit Boards, including Dayton Contemporary Dance Company (DCDC), Dayton Ballet, and Friends of Levitt Pavilion Dayton.

Prior to joining GE, Larry served as a pilot in the U.S. Air Force and Senior Consultant for BearingPoint, a management and technology consulting firm.  He holds a Bachelors Degree in Political Science from the United States Air Force Academy and the FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate with nearly 3,000 total flight hours. (Aircraft flown: T-37, T-38, KC-10, C-21)
