This leadership training is designed to help develop leadership in Utah’s business and technology organizations.  Seventeen experienced and successful executives teach the program over a four month period.  This program will be live... no Zoom.

Participants will improve their leadership abilities by:

• Understanding their current skills and what could be improved.
  
• Learning the “state of the art” leadership skills and how to apply them.
  
• Participation in a monthly group leadership learning experience.
  
• Reading/Listening to the books below and discuss their application.
