The AIM Leadership Development Institute (LDI) is focused on Defining and Implementing Your Personal Journey to Influential Leadership. AIM LDI is taught in three, seven-hour sessions (one session a month). Lunch is included as is interaction with other attendees and the instructors.

Session 1 - Friday 02/07; 9:00AM to 4:00PM
Session 2 - Friday 03/07; 9:00 AM to 4:00PM
Session 3 - Friday 04/04; 9:00 AM to 4:00PM

Participants will improve their leadership abilities by:

Understanding their current skills and what could be improved.
Learning the “state of the art” influencing skills and how to apply them.
Participation in a monthly group leadership learning experience.
How to link my behaviors to my intentions and being intentional in my leadership

The cost of this program is $1,500. This includes 3 monthly 7-hour sessions. Early Bird pricing of $1,200 per seat before November 31 2024.
