Our Topic:
Making The Case For Tech Debt Removal (Register and Attend To Get A Copy of the Speaker's Book)
Is Tech Debt a four-letter word in your organization? Do you have trouble communicating the concept of tech debt with your executive leadership team, CEO, CFO or board?
In this session we dive into the concept of Technical Debt Leverage to level the playing field when communicating these concepts with non-technical business leaders. By communicating with business leaders in terms they understand (such as leverage) CIOs can elevate the discussion around tech debt to a more strategic, business-oriented discussion. In much the same what that financial debt leverage can be used as a tool to support strategic growth, tech debt leverage can similarly be strategically utilized as a lever within the organization. The key to both financial debt leverage and tech debt leverage is understanding the payment plan and to measure the leverage and manage to that plan.
As a bonus, everyone who both registers for the meeting and attends the meeting will get a copy of Ken's book "Unveiling Tech Debt"
