AIMUtah’s spring in-person CIO Roundtable Special Event is set for Friday APRIL 29: NIGHT AT THE MUSEUM!  

The AIMUtah CIO Special Events are exclusive to Top-level IT leaders, no vendors directly sponsor or attend.

Asking Powerful Questions: Val Taylor, CEO, HR Stream

What does it mean to be a Conscious Leader? What makes a powerful question? This session will give you a taste of Conscious Leadership along with its “15 commitments” and a deep dive into the power of curiosity and asking powerful questions. Please come with an open mind, challenging work scenarios, and a desire to participate, learn, and apply.

3-3:30pm Networking break

3:30-4:30pm Personal vs. Positional Power, Building Trust in Your Team: Lynn Christian, SoulSalt Inc

Does a leader's power come from position, or does it come from how they use their influence? We'll be exploring this question, as well as discovering the neuroscience of building trust with your team. Attendees will also have the option to sign up for three virtual coaching sessions after.

Night at the Museum:

6pm-10:30pm    Bring guests for a light dinner on the Canyons floor and enjoy a family-friendly night together at the museum! Registration required, limited availability, assigned by first to register.  Up to 4 guests at no cost. Over 4 guests, $20/per.
